Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days 
after receiving your item to request a return.

Because we want you to shop with confidence, please read the 
following policy carefully, especially the section on 
non-returnable items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the 
same condition that you received it, and in its original 
packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or report a problem, please contact us at 
evachodron@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of 
the item. If your return is approved, we will provide you with 
instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send any item 
back before contacting us — items sent back without first 
requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us 
immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you 
received the wrong item. In these cases, we will make it right 
by offering a replacement or a full refund — no need to return 
the item.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty 
products (including creams, lotions, and other skincare items) 
cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive 
damaged or defective. We also cannot accept returns on sale 
items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any 
questions about your specific item.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us about 
your issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or 
refund.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you 
have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, 
for any reason and without justification. As above, your item 
must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with 
proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care 
products are exempt unless faulty.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your request and let 
you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, 
you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment 
method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take 
additional time for your bank or credit card company to 
process and post the refund.
