Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that order processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
Total delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. The shipping cost is already included in the product price — no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, and Spain.
If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship there at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@KIPPI.com.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or collected by KIPPI. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. KIPPI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@KIPPI.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
