All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any applicable free shipping offers will be automatically applied to your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your order anytime using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or through the Track Your Order page on our website.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, don't worry — this is normal in the early stages of transit. If you have concerns, contact us at support@gokippi.com and we'll be happy to check on it for you.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen during transit. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at support@gokippi.com. We'll work with you to locate your package or find a solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@gokippi.com — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it.

How to Start a Return

2. Our team will review your request and send you the correct return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service (we recommend keeping your tracking number).

Returns sent without prior contact or to an incorrect address cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

• If your return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
